An Otahuhu resident who was evacuated from his home during a bomb scare last night told 3 News he was smoking “dots” before the event, which made him “trip”.
‘Dots’ or ’spots’ are slang terms used by New Zealand cannabis smokers that refer to a method of smoking marijuana. It involves rolling pieces of the plant into small balls before vaporising them with hot knives and inhaling the fumes.
