Posted on: March 1, 2010We’ve recently updated our map showing the cost (in USD) for 1 gram of marijuana all over the world. Why per gram? Cause that’s how they sell it in Amsterdam, the weed capital of the world!
Our sources come from first hand experience and friends we’ve met along the way. This is still a work in progress and your comments and suggestions could help to make it better. We will continually update if there are enough new entries added. Puff Puff Pass

I live in belgium, and the price of weed is pretty much the same as in holland. and i saw, that you guys think that in amsterdam weed costs 16.50/gram, i presume this is an average of all the different kinds of weed they have (ALOT) but then again, i don’t think it’s correct. the cheapest weed i found in the closest coffeeshop nearby (i live at the border) it was 3bucks/gram
3 bucks a gram? damn. everywhere we went we saw 12 euros a gram. This was at the bulldog and several other coffeeshops in the redlight district and around the Leidseplein area.
You were ripped Reefasaurus! The Bulldog and Leidseplein are tourist traps, prices are way too high (no pun intended!). I live in The Hague and pay 6 to 8 euros for good quality weed.

I was in Vegas in 2007 and it was about $20 a gram. Not sure if it’s changed since.

For Dubai the price varies greatly but generally you can expect $140 to $280 for 1 tola (10 grams). Try to bargain it down to $140 which is the usual price yet people always overcharge you. Be careful you don’t get ripped off, it’s very easy to end up with a lump of chicken stock or coal inside of your bag. For more than 10 grams prices vary greatly.
Basically if you want to get similar grade bud in Toronto as you do in Vancouver it’s gonna be a little bit pricier in general. In BC its about $10 a gram. So TO is a little more expensive probably about $12 – $15 on average.
Dude we had 6 euros for Germany. Nothing on here is going to be dead accurate since it’s all illegal anyway (except for Amsterdam. I was there last year and 12 euros was the average price). Of course you can’t expect it to be completely accurate since this stuff isn’t suppose to be sold according to the laws in each country. Locals will probably get much better prices than tourists anyway and a lot of our information comes from people visiting foreign countries.
$15 dollars an ounce? Unless you’re in Jamaica or somewhere else where the weed grows rampant (Afghanistan maybe?) you’re better off spending that $15 elsewhere cause that bud ain’t gonna do shit but burn.
