DIY – AXE Secret Stash Container

If it’s one thing I hate about weed, its leaving it out in the open where anyone can see it. If you’re like me and and know a bunch of “scavenger” potheads (you know…the ones that come around and just take weed without you knowing it) than you’re weed is unsafe. Or if you live with someone who doesn’t like the idea of pot you can make this secret stash out of a simple item you can find in any drug store. It’s simple to make, cheap and super discreet so you can leave it out in the open and people will just think its an empty deodorant can.
What you’ll need:
1. AXE deodorant bodyspray.
2. Hack saw
3. Metal file
4. About 30 mins
The first thing you’ll want to do it empty out the can. Make sure not to skip this step or you’ll pay for it later when you’re cutting off the top.
Once that’s done, the next thing you’ll want to do is take off the top plastic twist cap. This is probably the hardest part. If you do it incorrectly you’ll end up with what’s shown in the picture shown below. This is NOT what you want.
You don’t want to yank it straight out to take off the cap because you’ll just end up with two busted pieces of a cap like above. To do it properly, twist the cap closed, hold the can down on a flat surface with one hand, point the nozzle away from you, wrap your other hand around the cap with the knuckle of you’re index finger in front of the nozzle area like shown below. Now bend the cap back towards you while holding down the can. It should just snap off. Once you get the hang of this you can skip the holding it down on the surface area.
What you want to end up with is what is shown on the left of the picture below and not what’s on the right.
Once that’s complete take your hacksaw and begin cutting off the top piece where i’ve shown it in the picture below.
You’ll end up with what’s shown below.
Throw out that nozzle piece, take your metal file and begin filing down the edges a bit like shown. This will smooth out any sharp edges.
Once you’re happy with the edges take the can and wash it out thoroughly. You don’t want any of those metal shavings getting into your weed.
Now stuff you’re weed in the can (hopefully in a ziplock baggie or something), pop the cap back on and place it anywhere you want. Anytime you want to get baked out of your mind, take off the cap like before and smoke it your favorite way. No one will ever know you got some ganja in there…unless they’ve read this tutorial of course.
An appeal to Prohibitionists:
Most of us are aware by now that individuals who use illegal drugs are going to get high, no matter what, so why do you not prefer they acquire them in a store that checks ID and pays taxes? Gifting the market in narcotics to criminal cartels, ruthless terrorists and corrupt law enforcement officials is seriously compromising our future. If you even remotely believe that people will one day quit using any of these ‘at present illegal’ drugs, then you are exhibiting a degree of naivety parallel only with those poor wretches who voluntarily drank the poisoned Kool-Aid in Jonestown.
Even if you cannot stand the thought of people using drugs, there is absolutely nothing you, or any government, can do to stop them. We have spent 40 years and over a trillion dollars on this dangerous farce, and practically everybody is now aware that Prohibition will not suddenly and miraculously start showing different results. So why do you wish to continue? Is it that you actually think you have something to lose If we start basing drug policy on science, logic and historical fact instead of empty rhetoric, hate and lies?
Maybe you’re a cop, a prison guard or a politician who’s scared of losing employment, overtime-pay, kick-backs or those regular fat bribes? But what good will any of that do you once our society has followed Mexico over the dystopian abyss of dismembered bodies and marauding thugs brandishing gold-plated AK-47s & vats of acid? – Prohibition prevents Regulation. You can choose to help us stop this abomination.

Malcom Kyle is simply saying that prohibition has to end. He talks of a time in our history when it wasn’t illegal and points to the fact that prohibition simply doesnt work and is tearing apart our once safe/lovely country. The war on drugs is a tale of a once great and free nation which fell down a rat hole into a fantasy world riddled with peculiar and dystopian logic.
No amount of money, police powers, weaponry, wishful thinking or pseudo-science will make our streets safe again; only an end to prohibition can do that. How much longer are we willing to foolishly risk our own survival by continuing to ignore the obvious, historically confirmed solution?
If we continue to support prohibition then we’re doing nothing but helping evolve local gangs into transnational enterprises with intricate power structures that reach into every corner of society, controlling vast swaths of territory with significant social and military resources at their disposal.
